Hello, I am Yumi K Reid, a first-generation Japanese American Designer, Illustrator, Art Director based in Seattle, Washington. I enjoy collaborating and creating beautiful brand stories with diverse teams.

I have over 15 years of experience and have worked on a wide range of brands including: Starbucks, Seattle Opera, Filson, Unicef, FlowFushi. I specialize in product packaging, merchandise, brand identities, and advertising campaigns.

My awards include: Communication Arts Typography Annual, 365: AIGA Year in Design, Seattle Show and others.

I love listening to the stories behind brands, products, people and getting inspired by the variety of perspectives. I believe that a strong design displays elements of the stories behind the brand and I enjoy creating a visualization of that story.
